Pacific Premier Recap: Honduras SF U23s Get First Win

REDWOOD CITY, CA (April 22, 2024) - New league, new start.

Josue Francisco scored twice and Marcelo Cruz added the final goal as Honduras SF U23s came from behind to beat JASA RWC Reserves 3-1 in the Pacific Premier League spring season opening match on Saturday, April 20 at Bechet Field at Red Morton Park.

It's the first Pacific Premier League victory for Honduas SF U23s (1-0-0 overall), which is formed of players who previously played in the San Francisco Soccer Football League (SFSFL).

Also on Saturday, Santa Clara SC jumped all over Club Tepa II for a 14-0 win at Reed & Grand Sports Park in Santa Clara.
