SoCal Premier D1 Recap: Desert FC Still Playing For Something

PALM DESERT, CA (April 29, 2024) - The season isn't over yet for Desert FC.

Isaac Lojero scored two goals and Jonathan Price added another as Desert FC earned a 3-1 over Union Amaya FC in a SoCal Premier League match on Sunday, April 28 at Hovley Soccer Park.

A semifinalist in the Brent Freeman Cup, Desert FC (9-2-7 overall) guaranteed itself a winning season with the victory. The club plays Real Sociedad O.C. in the Brent Freeman Cup semifinal second leg this weekend.

On Sunday, Cole Allenbach scored the equalizer and Southwest SC went on the beat Inland Empire FC 2-1 at Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex.
